International:
Due to a complex rubric of shipping regulations to international destinations, we must weigh, pack, and measure your package before we can give an accurate shipping total. You can obtain a shipping estimate by adding the ship weight for all of the items you wish to order, and then use the USPS Postage Calculator (http://ircalc.usps.gov/) to calculate Postage costs, add $5.00 to the final amount for handeling fees involved for international mailing, and you will have a fairly accurate estimate of your postage costs.
RETURN, RESTOCK, AND PACKAGING POLICY: Order discrepancies (i.e. missing item, defect, etc.) must be reported within 7 days of the receipt of merchandise and returned immediately thereafter to qualify for return. Please call our Customer Service Department (540-765-5546) if you need to return a purchase. The customer is responsible for transportation charges incurred to return defective or non-defective merchandise back to PD Anime. WE DO NOT DISPENSE SHIP TAGS OR REIMBURSE FOR RETURN SHIPPING. We do not warrant against "package rash" which can occur during shipping. There is a 15% restocking fee on all non-defective merchandise. Returned non-defective merchandise must be in the original unopened packaging in order to be eligible for any refund. We adhere to our Return, Restock, and Packaging Policy in order to insure fairness to all parties concerned. Please do not place an order if you disagree with any part of this Policy. Customers attempting credit card or PayPal chargebacks will be have any pending transactions terminated and will be prohibited from placing future orders.
